Holiday Return Policy Extension:
Items purchased online between Nov. 1st and Dec. 24th may be returned by Jan. 15th, or 30 days after purchase, whichever date is later. Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
The Goddess of Glam Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the purchase date.

OVERVIEW:
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returns are for Store Credit only and issued via email as an E-gift card.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
RETURNS
The Goddess of Glam Boutique accepts Returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a thegoddessofglam.com E-gift card.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- We offer return labels via the online return portal for $7.00 per label for customer orders. The $7.00 fee per label will be deducted from your Store Credit.
- All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
- Once an item has been worn and or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by The Goddess of Glam, within 30 minutes of placing your order. Cancellations received after 30 minutes of placing the order, can be refunded provided the items have not shipped, however there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Orders marked as "Shipped" can not be cancelled.
The free shipping promotion on purchases of $75 or more is valid only when the code FREESHIP75 is used at checkout. The customer is not entitled to a refund of the shipping in the event they neglect to enter the promotional code. Orders may not be combined to reach $75 and be eligible for free shipping.
Use of the free shipping promotion negates the customers right to return an item, i.e. use of the free shipping code means no returns. The only exception is if the return is due to an error on our part.
We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered by USPS. This promotion applies only to the 48 contiguous states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or military bases.
